Аннотация

Международный проект Индустрия 4.0 (на основе интеллектуальной когнитивной робототехники и Интернета вещей (IoT) как четвертая промышленная революция) вместе с реализациями Quantum Software Engineering и Quantum smart control (как третья квантовая революция) открывают новые возможности для развития «мудрой Индустрии 5.0». с практически неограниченными информационными ресурсами (на основе новой сквозной информационной технологии квантовых мягких вычислений и малых квантовых компьютеров для квантового Интернета вещей). Гибкая производственная система (FMS), включающая несколько роботов с разными возможностями в контексте планирования работы цеха [1-3]. Этот вариант использования состоит из автоматической производственной системы и набора ручных рабочих станций, где оператору могут помогать коботы-манипуляторы для сборочных задач. В этой статье рассматриваются автономные и интеллектуальные роботы с разным уровнем интеллекта и когнитивных способностей для Индустрии 4.0 с применением встроенных квантовых интеллектуальных контроллеров в качестве модельного проекта Индустрии 5.0.
