Аннотация

Любая система, стремящаяся к поддержанию своего состояния либо развитию, невозможна без механизмов контроля, которые в своей работе опираются на данные мониторинга. В работе рассматривается история развития технологий мониторинга информационных систем начиная с 60-х годов. Кратко изложены основные подходы и методы. Приведены наиболее интересные примеры реализации. Представлены различные техники мониторинга. Подробно изложены основы мониторинга распределенных информационных систем, компьютерных сетей, GRID, экологического мониторинга и т.д.
